Complete Process
We cover the whole process: from vendor selection, validation, contracting and to final implementation in the production process, incorporating compliant inbound process & incoming inspection through in-process control. All you need in one place.
Vendor Management
We work closely with our vendors, and since nearly four decades we have been building strong business relationships and a extensive list of prefered suppliers. Due to a sophisticated ERP, a majority of our operations are automated and our efforts are focused on value added operations, followed by our Supplier Rating System (SRS).
Incoming Inspection
We possess decades of experience in incoming material quality control - ensuring that all materials fulfill the requirements of Customer specification and the anticipated visual standards. Assel operates in line with AQL standards, operating within a special area containg specialized equipment and maintaining environmental conditions.
Reverse Engineering
We offer reverse engineering services, with the use of 3D CAD software packages and extended expertise in engineering electro-mechanical products. In line with the requirements, we also support our Customers in redesigning the products to fit the inteded parameters (eg. IP 65).
BOM & Revision Control
Assel operates on a developed Product Data Management and Change Management Systems, encompassing developed BOM management allowing for precise revision/configuration/alternative management, as well as ECO management - all incorporated within one system and directly integrated with the production equipment.
ECO Management
At Assel, the ECO management process is treated extremely seriously and is incorporated within our ERP - directly connected with the BOM and material management functionalities. The process is strictly controlled at multiple stages and all historical changes are transparent and available for our Customers at any time.
Box Build Assembly to Systems Integration
We posses the capabilities and experience in assembling box build projects (chassis level) to complex systems integration projects (rack level / projects consisiting of metal enclosures, plastic parts, multiple cable arrangements). With the presence of a developed quality management system, we ensure that all ouf your standards are met, including specific torque speed, specific visual criteria, material finishing etc.
Furthermore, our experienced material incoming inspection team ensures that all materials in your assemblies are in line with your specification, while our engineering team works closely with our Customers to develop detailed and secure work instructions to ensure that we build a quality product every single time.
Within lean workstations organized by product type, our production is equipped with the appropriate tools and resources to assemble the most challenging product configurations.
